A Frozen Sixer

Miss Belle will officially turn six on Wednesday of this week, but we celebrated a few days early with all the family in town.  

No better time and place to have a Frozen party than with snow still on the ground and at a local dairy farm/creamery.

Night Sledders

One last sledding trip, first one at night, of the season.  Honestly, not sad to see winter go.

AB is sad, but not because winter is leaving...sometimes you have to yell at your kids to get them in the pictures, smile or no smiles.

Gym-Fanatics

Finally AB has taken to an activity...she's all about some gymnastics lately.

The gym opened up over the weekend to kids and let them have a "free-play."

Night Of Dancing

Took my little lady out for a Daddy & Daughter dance in Harper's Ferry, WV over the weekend.  A few awkward moments (middle aged white men trying to dance, an overly "risque" girl and her dance moves, etc...), but all-in-all it was a great night with AB.

She had a blast, and at the end of the day, that's all that matters.

V-Day Party

Crazy, crazy, party.

Just the four of us with a game of Monopoly, a bottle of wine (or two for the wife and I), and a fire on a cold night...I could do that type of V-Day everyday.

Ski Buds

Recent trip to the Poconos with our dear friends for our annual ski trip...

Most incredible thing about the trip, my wife is still talking to me after me trying to "teach" her to ski...she's getting better, but she may kill me one of these trips.

Freddy The Frog

Every week, one of Jaxson's classmates is allowed to take home "Freddy" - the class mascot; which his a large stuffed frog.  The kids take the frog everywhere they go, take pictures, then write down their adventures in a log that the teacher keeps year-after-year.

Jax has had Freddy for the past week, and last night was the last night - he started crying because he knew he had to give back his little friend.

Looks like I need to go out and find a large frog to call his own.

Upward & Onward

First "scrimmage" of the year under his belt with Upward Basketball.  Lots to learn and still looking for that first basket; but it will come.  

He's a good 2" taller then everyone else on the court...just need to work on his aggressiveness.

Austin Micheal Coon

Newest member of the family, Austin Michael Coon.

Showed his little face on January 19, 2015 at 9pm; came in at a very respectable 8 lbs. 6oz. and 20 inches.

Hannah now has a little brother.
